We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE pieces, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items from the date of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
